Chocolate Addiction
If you find yourself craving chocolate several times a day, most days of the week, you may have developed a chocolate addiction.
Most people laugh when they hear about a friend or family member with a chocolate addiction. On the surface it seems harmless. But, the reality is, it destroys your health. The most obvious concern is weight gain. This alone creates all sort of unpleasant problems. But even people, who don’t put on weight easily, are still risking their health by eating large amounts of chocolate… Increasing risk of high cholesterol, diabetes, and elevated blood pressure.
Chocolate releases endorphins from the brain. As a result, you get a feel good feeling. This in turn sets up a pattern, you want more and more. And of course, when people feel down or depressed, chocolate can be used as a way of feeling good again.
Actually, it’s not really an addiction we are dealing with here, but rather a compulsion, it’s a strong urge that comes on quickly.
But, here’s the good news…
… You can quickly get rid of your compulsion to eat chocolate. Expect a positive result in 1 or 2 sessions of hypnotherapy.
"I came to Marcus for help with my biscuit and chocolate binging and I haven't eaten or even wanted to eat any from the first session, the first week felt a bit odd as though I was missing something but since then it's been so much easier than I thought it would. So many thanks Marcus I feel so much better and more confident in myself."
